Spring Group Rides

NYCMTB’s group rides are open to all cyclists with a working mountain bike, helmet and a good attitude. There will always be a ride leader but everyone is responsible for themselves when it comes to tubes, tools, hydration and nutrition.
We put safety and trail conditions first. This means all rides are subject to last minute changes. If the weather looks to interfere with our plans we will find a different trail or worst case, cancel the ride.  Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to get the latest updates.

Fall is here and our go-to shop NYC Velo has pinned down the dates for the fall adventure rides. Sure, we’re a mountain bike club and these are road rides, but they’re not your average road rides. If we see a repeat of last year you could be in for some bush-whacking, wading and hiking. Brett’s Revenge, the second ride this year, proved to be particularly challenging, even for the few cyclists who brought mountain bikes. All rides were cold, 3 out of 4 ended in the dark and we …
