From Philip Keyes, the director of the New England Mountain Bike Association.

I wanted to personally invite your members to come up to Cape Cod for some great riding and advocacy discussions. NEMBA, JORBA, CLIMB and Fats in the Cats are co-hosting a regional summit, and we’d love you to attend. The summit is April 2nd and 3rd, and there will also be an afternoon ride on Friday afternoon.

Gary Sjoquist, a professional bike advocate and hall of famer with QBP, will be joining us, as well Tim Tierney of Kingdom Trails and Mark Hayes of Highland Mountain Bike Park. We’re also pleased that the northeast IMBA representative, Anthony Duncan, will also be attending.

It will be a really great time with plenty of riding, networking, talking bikes and trails, as well as ways for us to improve our advocacy efforts in the northeast.

I’m out of the office for the next few days, but I’d be happy to answer your questions after March 2nd.

Here is more info about the summit and how to register:

I really hope you can come!
